Rooms available in a Stunning De Beauvoir based house in a small and secure gated community. You would be living with myself, Charlotte (28) working in television development and Chris (28) a music video and commercial director.

The house boasts a HUGE living room with flatscreen tv, ample storage and, a piano. The kitchen is attached to the living room and comes kitted with a dishwasher, oven and washing machine. One of the rooms available is en-suite whilst the other two would share a bathroom on the top floor. Chris and myself have an ensuite in our room, and there is also a downstairs toilet. In summary...there are a lot of toileting options!

The house itself looks onto a courtyard where we have bbqs in the summer and can chill out, and there is a secure car park if you have a car.

There are 3 rooms available.

The first is a great size with a double bed and two double wardrobes. It also has a Juliet balcony which is incredible in the summer! There is a small chest of drawers inside the wardrobe which adds more storage. This room is available on the 1st of January.

The 2nd is a large double room, with 2 built in double wardrobes and an ensuite. Included in the room are bookshelves and a small chest of drawers. This room is available on the 1st of January.

The 3rd is the smallest one, but the rent is staggered accordingly. Included in the room is a double bed and large chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is also space on the landing upstairs for any extra storage - the current tenant has trunks, but a small chest of drawers would fit there too! This room is available before Christmas, but date not confirmed.

Chris and I have lived here for 2 years and we really love it, and think of it as home. We are ideally looking for people who want a place in London to think of in the same way! We enjoy chilling out in the living room, cooking, drinking wine, going to the pub etc. We also play a lot of Mario Kart so if you have some Mkart skills - BRING IT!

We are a very chilled out couple, and looking for people of the same temperament, but it is a large house and so we all have to pull our weight keeping it tidy etc.

The house really has to be seen to be believed, and it is a steal at the price. The location can’t be beaten, a 7 minute walk to Haggerston and copious options for buses. A short walk away from local pubs, Dalston, Shoreditch, Old Street and Angel.

Bills include electricity, gas, council tax, internet, and we are also in the process of organising a cleaner. In total, bills come to about £100 a month.

As a heads up, we are not a sport watching household in any sense.
