The flat has a very spacious living room with its own larger outside space. It's around a 20-minute walk from Peckham Rye Station and 15 from East Dulwich Station. The area's great for pubs, markets and flexible bus connections.

It's £975 a month, unfurnished, but with a zero deposit scheme so no deposit needed.

About myself, I'm 30, work full-time, sometimes from home and sometimes from an office. I'm very relaxed, friendly, into video games and TV as well as socialising and drinks, that kind of thing.
