Fantastic double room available in light, bright penthouse flat in East Dulwich with amazing views. First person to come and see will take!

The flat is 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with all the mod cons. The room on offer is a small double room with great views over London (see pictures).

It’s a short distance from trendy Lordship Lane and ten minutes to Forest Hill train station where a train to London Bridge takes 13 minutes and the overground also takes you straight into East London.

You would have plenty of cupboard space and the lounge room is amazingly light and bright. It has great views and a balcony.

There is very little noise (no one above us) and a huge communal garden for bbq's in the summer.

We are a professional, sociable people who are busy on weekends going to the movies, seeing friends and occasionally playing sport. We don’t mind the odd drink but we don’t stay up too late or bring noise to the house.

The kitchen and bathroom are really nice and clean – and a cleaner comes once a fortnight.

The room is CHEAP for such an amazing location and flat. The room is £500 a month and the bills are under £100.
Some agency fees will apply to sign onto the lease.

The room would suit someone professional who has an active social life but like us isn’t that interested in bringing it back to the flat.

The landlord is also the best landlord either of us have had.

The flat is a BARGAIN and the first person to see this will take the room.
