Beautiful single room available in East Dulwich/Peckham Rye border - room available from Friday 30th July till to mid July.

The flat is on the first floor of a lovely Victorian building and overlooks a garden square. We have a cleaner so it's always sparkling...the flat is stylish yet cozy - you are welcome to use all the areas of the flat (apart from my bedroom obvs).
The room has a built in wardrobe, single bed, chest of drawers, a mirror, new bed linen plus another storage unit.

The area is very peaceful, we have access to the garden square and Peckham Rye park is at the end of the road too which is great for running or going for a coffee (there's also the BEST coffee shop at the end of the road).

Lordship Lane, with loads of restaurants, independent shops, cafes, pubs and a Picturehouse cinema is just a 5 minute walk away.

It's a 15 min walk to East Dulwich mainline train station and also 15 min walk in the other direction to Peckham Rye station.

I'm a local primary school teacher and my son also lives with me. It's not a party flat but like all teachers I need to unwind with red wine!
