Double room available in spacious three-bed flat on Goose Green, East Dulwich. The flat is spread over two and a half floors, with large kitchen and living area, separate dining room and roof terrace. There is a large bathroom and separate toilet.

The flat is a 5 min walk from East Dulwich station (zone 2), a 15 min walk from Peckham Rye station (zone 2), and a 1 min walk from bus stops for the 176 (24hr), 185, 37 (24hr), 40, and more.

Bills vary between £70-90 per month, depending on the time of year.

We are Ollie, Thea and Barney, three young professionals aged 23-26. Ollie works as a music and events programmer, Thea works for a digital agency, and Barney works for a local butchery.

We're all easy going and sociable and the flat is very much a home, rather than just a flat-share. We're looking for a like-minded young professional who is clean, fun and easy going. It would also be great if you are up for occasional nights in (and out!) with a few drinks.

While we're all smokers, the flat is no-smoking inside - though we do have a handy roof terrace. Unfortunately, already having one couple in the flat, we're only looking for a single person to fill the room.

Please note: the room is available ideally from 12th December but we can potentially be flexible from early December.
