A friendly shared house very close to the tube, shops and parks of East Finchley. Sharing with friendly professionals. The single room is available from around the 12th December. A lovely Victorian house with a kitchen/dinner, communal living room, wifi, bathroom, two toilets, garden, patio, street parking, utility room, a bicycle and an exercise machine. Please note it is a non-smoking house !

Looking for a friendly, sociable professional (non-smoker) who likes to occasionally go to the pub, live music, visiting London and surrounding areas, art/ photo exhibitions or share a meal, also into cycling/gigs/hiking/swimming /skiing/ travel.

Cherry Tree Park, Muswell Hill, Highgate Wood, Alexandra Palace park and Hampstead Heath are close by, also the Phoenix Cinema, the Yoga center is 1 minute & the gym 5 min.

We are just 5 mins from East Finchley tube, 20 mins from the West End/Euston/Kings Cross/Camden and 300ft above the pollution of central/west London!

Most bills are included, just £75 towards gas & council tax per month per housemate.
