Small double room in garden flat

I'm Neil, and I live in a lovely 3 bed flat in East Finchley which I've lived in for nearly 9 years now. My flatmate Laura is moving out so we have a room available to rent. You'd be sharing with me and 1 other guy, Russell

The room is on the cosy side but it has high ceilings and a window so it's nice and light. It has a small double bed and a wardrobe. The rest of the flat has plenty of space though!

We have a garden which I've lovingly de-weeded and planted over the years. It's a great space for a sunny day.

We have a good size, sunny kitchen/lounge and a bathroom. Not super modern, but well furnished (I've done a lot of that) and with a new-ish washing machine, fridge/freezer and combi-boiler so it's all humming nicely under the hood. And the shower, importantly, is very good. The 3 rooms are all well spaced out too so you don't feel on top of each other.

We've got a bus stop right outside, so very convenient for non-walkers to get to the station in a few minutes or up to Highgate/Archway/Finchley Central.

The area is also great, slight villagey feel but still close to central London. There's a family butchers across the road, artisan bakery two doors down for all your posh breads and suchlike, some good shops on the high road, the Phoenix cinema and a few nice pubs and cafes. What more could you ask for!

You'd be taking over a share of a joint tenancy which runs until 4th July - after that we'd have the option to stay or leave, so this could suit someone who only needs a room short/medium term, or someone who might consider staying longer and it's available pretty much immediately
