Beautiful bright double room in a modern flat is available to rent from 12th of September. It is fully furnished room with a good double bed, wardrobe, chest drawer and desk and chair, large window.

Located in East Finchley high road but facing the other side and double glazed, so it is a quiet and cozy room.
Five mins from East Finchley tube station (northern line), and a number of bus stations within a minute, so easy access to central London.

East Finchley is regarded as safe area surrounded by affluent neighbourhood near by Bishops Avenue and Hampstead Garden suburb. Alexandra park and Hampstead heath is vey close, so it would be fantastic for a weekend runner or cycler as we are!

Local amenities such as cafe, restaurant, super market, bank, chemistry, post office and laundry are near by, literally at the doorsteps.

The rent is 606 pounds for a month (140 per week = 140x(52 weeks/12)) including all bills, one month deposit and 1 month rent in advance and one month notice before move out - but preferably someone plan to stay for a long period)
The flat will be sharing by two other flatmates (An Italian girl and a Korean girl - myself) who are curious about people, visual art and music; working professionals. The flat is small (no lounge), but modern structure and we manage tidy, so we would like to meet someone who can follow this practice and get along with us! As the current flatmate of this room decided to relocate, so we are looking for a new one in.
