Large FF double bedroom in friendly, clean, well presented house of young professionals. This is a stable, friendly household - the outgoing tenant has been living here for nearly 4 years.

The room for rent is the largest in the house having double balcony doors overlooking the garden. Shared living spaces are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There are 2 bathrooms (both with showers)There is also a conservatory over-looking a nice garden. Situated in a quiet close, and only a few minutes from East Finchley Tube (Northern Line). The main photo shows an end of terrace. The house where the room is available is actually the one next one door to the end of terrace (we own that one too), but the houses are identical so gives you a good idea of what to expect from the outside. All bills are included except for a contribution towards the weekly cleaner and the phone/broadband which the tenants manage themselves.

A friendly, tidy respectable person is required to share with 3 other similar people. We are looking for a female to keep the balance of the house (2 males, 2 females).
