One double room to let male or female. With all facilities like Internet, washing machine, dryer and has TV license, back garden nice for barbecues.. and all required stuffs. You may also bring a fridge for your room if you want. A single professional would be ideal. AT the moment we are 2 ladies living in the flat each sharing a double room. We would like to share with someone who is very friendly who would like from time to time share dinners or a drink together and at the same time respect each others privacy.
PS: Smoking allowed only outside the flat please :)
