About me: I work for an organisation that works with protecting children and supporting families. Due to the nature of my job and the things I deal with day to day - There are days that I return from work and just need to switch off by ignoring the world. I am looking for someone who would not take this personally as I am a friendly person normally! lol Therefore I dont think this let would work if someone is looking for a new best friend or to spend lots of time together. Therefore it is more a room to rent than a house share. I believe its important to be honest from the start and hope this does not put you off.
