We are friendly household (and cat) looking for someone to rent our spare double room.

The room is available immediately for viewings upon request, just send me a message or give me a call.

It is a very clean and spacious ground floor flat with a lovely garden, cosy bright kitchen and nice bathroom.

The room is a large double, with a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes (loads of space!), mirror and nice dressing up space. Also there is now a desk which is not in the photos :)

High Speed Internet (60 meg) is also provided as well as all utility bills included. The bathroom is always kept very clean and the toilet is separate.

(we all clean after ourselves but a cleaner visits every fortnight for kitchen bathroom and toilet)

The property is situated in a nice quiet road in the finchley central area. Local shops and transport are a stones throw away and parking is free outside.

For commuters, there is a short 8 min walk to Finchley Central station on the northern line or we are seconds away from bus links to central and brent cross.

We are very friendly adult professionals ( 1 female, 1 male)who like relaxing evenings, as we all work long hours and we respect eachother's space.
