Double room in great house (Finchley)

Village Road is a quiet, leafy little road with a village green out front and a park out back. The house has 1 male and 1 female tenant, both in their 30's.

The room is a good sized double with lots of wardrobe space and a double bed.

The house is large, spacious and comfortable with a decent sized kitchen and large lounge. Anyone who would like to move in will have to meet and be acceptable to the current tenants as the house is their home and we like them and want them to remain happy.

Suitable for someone who is respectful of others and would like to live somewhere idyllic whilst still being in London. All bills included. There is no landline as tenants have always wanted to use their mobiles but there is high speed broadband and all other mod cons.

The only off putting element to some is the 10 to 15 minute walk to Finchley Central tube station which is zone 4. If that doesn't put you off then you're more than likely to love the house itself. If you have a car, there is free parking on the road.
