One of our flatmates is moving to pastures new, so we have a room going spare from mid-June. It's on the 2nd floor of a 3 bedroom flat, and shares a bathroom (3-piece) with the other female housemate (there's a second full bathroom downstairs). Large kitchen, good-sized separate living room, and a terrace with a table (perfect for the summer!).

The flat is a 3 minute walk from Finchley Central station which is on the Northern line (half an hour into central London), and runs on 4 bus routes (1 from central London, and 2 night buses from town). There's a large supermarket a 5 minute walk away, and there are many sports facilities nearby (gym, boxing gym, tennis club, park).

We're looking for a female preferably, who is friendly, has a good sense of humour, and is tidy! We have a very chilled atmosphere in the house, and whilst we tend to mostly do our own thing (we work pretty opposite timetables!), we get on well when we are around on the occasional evening/weekend. We're not really a 'party' house so don't expect there to be massive raves every night (especially mid week!), but we are both very sociable and are very relaxed about having people over, etc, so as long as you are considerate, feel free to pretty much do what you want!
