Hi there, thanks for checking us out.

We're looking for a new housemate to join our friendly and welcoming home, set in a beautiful Victorian house right in the center of Finchley Central. There are 3x bedrooms in total, Ben + Dan (couple) in one, and Michael in the second. We're all good friends and get along well, occasionally cooking for each other, so the house is more of a home rather than a typical solo-like house share. We're all sociable, but respect each other's privacy and need for downtime. We're hoping to find someone similarly sociable, easy going, who is looking to treat their home like a family would.

Your room would be a large double room, facing the front of the house. It has a brand new IKEA bed with two drawers for storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair, night stand and bookcase.
Pets: Occasionally I have a border collie or pug over to look after, so dog lovers are a plus. If you have a pet you'd like to bring then we can talk about this more during your viewing (bring them along too if you can!)

- All bills included. (Except cleaner split between everyone for communal areas)

- Outside terrace / patio : Perfect in summer or for smokers, with table, chairs, rattan furniture, and BBQ overlooking the garden.

- Large living room : Dining table, 50" Smart TV, Sky Q, couches. Disney+, Apple TV+, Netflix + Amazon Prime subscribed on the TV.

- Tado Smart Heating : Control the heating and hot water from your phone

- Living areas are split across 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Ground floor is just used for storage.

- Parking available across the street with a Resident's permit

- Large Tesco, 7 minutes walk

- Avenue House Park : Beautiful park in a historical estate 5 minutes walk.

- Great options for takeaways : Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Fish + Chips, Turkish Grill, Chinese, Zizzi's all within 5 minutes walk (or on the way home from station)

- Bus stops outside house, with two going to Brent Cross shopping center. 13 Bus from bottom of the hill goes all the way to central London.
