Room -

No couples

The room for rent is a very large double/king sized room, with lots of storage.

The room comes completely unfurnished, apart from two large built in wardrobes and a third looking wardrobe with a built in basin. There is also storage above the wardrobes. A bed will be required.

House -

The new occupant would share the house with 2 males and 2 females already living in the house. You would share the bathroom, kitchen and living room.

WiFi and Virgin Media is installed.

The House is located close to Finchley Central high street, with a large Tesco nearby and many smaller independent shops. It is also around a 6-7 minute walk to Finchley Central Tube station and there are many bus stops located nearby.

Bills are not included, but are shared between 5 people, so are relatively low.

There is on street parking.

Located about a 5 minute walk away is a large park (Victoria Park) with tennis courts.
