Great house share Finchley Central £385 exc bills

We are easy-going professional people living just off Ballards Lane, where it is quietly suburban yet right on top of all the local amenities that you could want (several newsagents less than a minute's walk away, nearest pub 2 minutes away, large Tesco supermarket 3 minutes away, great park, just 30 secs walk from house, plus a variety of local shops and services). The tube station is only a 5 minute walk too and its only 25 mins into central London on the pretty reliable Northern Line.

We tend to lead our own independent lives but we all get on very well and will often go out for a drink or eat in and have a glass of wine over bad tv :)

The room itself is of a decent size double room and located on the upper floor of the house. There are two bulit in wardrobes. Other furniture can be provided by the landlord if you so require or you can bring your own as he is fairly relaxed about what you do with it in terms of decor and furnishing.

As for the rest of the house, we have a bathroom with shower, a separate shower room, a downstairs toilet, large lounge/dining room with an open fire place which is great in the winter and a medium sized garden at the back. All the rooms have spacious high ceilings and sash windows. (It's very quiet even though its just 30 seconds walk from the main road) The kitchen has a microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and stereo. The garden is 'natural' shall we say so ideal for anyone with horticultural yearnings!

We have a large HD TV, with Full Sky Package in the lounge and fast unlimited wireless Broadband for the house. We are looking for a FEMALE housemate who’s clean, tidy and outgoing to keep the balance of the house. Sorry no students or DSS

Other than the rent, all other bills come to roughly £115 PCM.
