Living Room

I am moving abroad and need someone to fill my room in a 4 bedroom flat, sharing with 2 girls and a guy who are all lovely - I'm very sad to be leaving them behind!

The room is a comfortable double with a large window and lots of light. The room is furnished and offers plenty of storage space, and we also have a spare room for additional storage.

We have a cosy living room with a TV, and mainly socialise together in here. The flat has a spacious bathroom, a separate second toilet, a fully fitted kitchen, and a balcony/fire escape leading to a large shared garden, which is great for sunny days.

The flat is off the street in Finchley, 10 minutes walk from Finchley Central station, a large supermarket, plus numerous smaller shops, restaurants, and pubs. There are also shops and restaurants closer to the flat, as well as a gym and a park further down the road. Several bus routes, including routes to Brent Cross and Central London run nearby, and the N20 night bus stops immediately outside the building. There is also plenty of parking space nearby.

The area is quiet and safe, and very convenient for travelling to other areas and into Central London. Three of us work in central and have no problems commuting from here.

The three flatmates are:

Sarah - Recently moved to London from New Zealand, currently works in Central London.
Rob - Gardener and artist, enjoys pub quizzes.
Olivia - Works with children, likes cooking and photography.

The flat has a relaxed atmosphere, we enjoy spending time together, and eating together or going to the pub, but all have our own lives, and everyone respects each other's privacy. We're looking for someone who wants to get to know everyone and be sociable, but also has their own life. We would also prefer a professional in their 20s, who is of similar age to the people who already live here.

Council tax, internet, and water are all paid monthly, gas/electric is paid quarterly. Bills are not included in the rent, and come to roughly £60 - 70 per month.
