It is time for me to leave my lovely flatmate and move on to new adventures, thus I am looking for someone to replace me in a beautiful two double bedroom flat on the first floor of a purpose built block. You will occupy one of two double bedrooms and share the flat with a friendly female.

The flat is 3 minutes walk from Finchley Central tube station. The vibrant high street is 5 minutes walk with a broad collection of dining places, shops and supermarkets. The North Finchley Mall (more restaurants, arcades/bowling & Vue cinema) is only 20 minutes walk or bus drive.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped and has a garden and direct access to Victoria Park next door. The room has floor to ceiling wardrobes and view towards the garden. There is a large living room, eat in kitchen, small balcony and large garden shared between 8 flats.

Your share of the rent will be £650 pcm. Bills come to about £100 pcm per person including council tax. A security deposit is required which will be held under a tenancy protection scheme by the landlord's agent.

You'll be a non-smoker, friendly & tidy, not a party animal. Furthermore, you'll respect the privacy of others but can also have the casual dinner or movie night together sometimes. My flatmate works long hours so most of the time you will have the flat all to yourself.
