Huge Double Room 7 minutes from Finchley Central

Hi,

Unfortunately I am leaving my lovely room in Finchley Central as I need to move south for work. It's a great house in a great location. All details below;

The room:
A huge double bedroom complete with double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side unit. The room backs onto the garden so is quiet with a nice view.

The house:
A large 4 bedroom house, with kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. We also have a great living room where we like to have dinner and watch TV. There is an upstairs bathroom with separate toilet. There is also a nice, big private back garden at the rear of the house which is great for BBQ's when the sun's out! The garden also has a shed for extra storage.

The housemates:
The most important part one might say is who you’ll will be living with. There is Roxanna who is a swim instructor, Xhema works in catering and Fabio and Maria are a sociable couple who live downstairs in the double room. I have had a great summer with these guys enjoying bbq's and drinks in the garden. They are a fun bunch to spend a night in with but everyone also equally has their own lives.

The Money: The rent is £440. 06pcm which is really good value for the location and such a big room, deposit is £419. 80 and bills come to around £50 a month. My current contract ends on 31st December so this could be a short term let or the new tenant can sign a new contract for the new year.

Transport:
Finchley Central is located 7 minutes walk away, taking 28 minutes to Oxford Circus. Night buses stop on the doorstep.

Local area:
Finchley is a friendly and fun place to live. It's quite residential which makes it nice to come back to after the hustle and bustle of Central London. There is a big Tesco on the high street which is 15 mins walk away. There are also lots of cafés, bars and restaurants close by(although far enough away not to disturb us) and there is an LA Fitness just around the corner if you like the gym or a spot of swimming, or it is just a short run to any of the local parks.
