Double room available in great flat 2 minutes walk from Finchley Central tube station, perfect for a professional.

The room is very spacious, it has a big wardrobe and extra space under the bed for storage. It also has separate drawers for storage*. 
The flat has one living room (with a flat screen TV, two comfortable couches), spacious kitchen (equipped with fridge, freezer, and small kitchen appliances), one bathroom with bathtub, two double bedrooms, washer and dryer, and a balcony. It also has a shared closet near the entrance which has space for coats, shoes and suitcases. 

The rent is 700 pounds a month. 
Bills and council tax are not included in the rent. All the bills are already set up and include fibre optic internet. The total bills come to about 95 pounds per month. 
You will need to provide the agency a fee of 95 pounds for a reference check and a deposit of 700 pounds (1 month's flat rent). 

The flat is located in an apartment complex with a video phone, a full-time caretaker and a garden where you can have barbecues in the summer. The complex also has a private parking lot where you can park your car if you have one. 
In close proximity, you can find a number of shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's, pubs and restaurants, as well as Finchley Central tube station and many buses (including night buses).
The area is very safe and quiet. 
From Finchley Central to Tottenham Court Road it takes roughly 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, I have to leave the flat for work reasons and you will be sharing the flat with my housemate. Daniele is a second year graphic design student at Middlesex University. She's clean and quiet and enjoys watching films in our comfortable living room as well as going for the occasional drink.

Minimum stay is 12 months but can eventually be longer.
