The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, a small set of shelves, small set of drawers and a shoe rack (which makes a great tv stand).
Bills (electricity and gas) come quarterly and are split and organised between the 5 housemates. £7 extra for water is paid direct to the landlord. Broadband is £8 a month and is organised by another flatmate.
About 10 minutes by bus to East Finchley Station (Zone 3), or 10 minutes to Finchley Central (Zone 4). About a 20 minutes walk to either station if you're feeling up to it.
