Room to rent: University of London Students ONLY!!

Hi everyone!

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 7th of June-end of July 2015 in a room in Clandon House.
Its a great room but I no longer need to be in London from June! The room would make a great place for someone looking to stay in London over the summer and the contract allows for the room to be rented up until July 2016, so if your a student looking for somewhere in September as well as the summer, then this could be for you.

Monthly rental varies between £390-410 a month, which works out at around £90 a week, which is very, very cheap for a room in London. The flatmates are friendly and the kitchen and bathroom are great too.

The area is very nice, with convenient bus access to Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Wood Green and Wembley Stadium. In addition to this, local shops and a Tesco supermarket are within walking distance or a short bus ride away. Tube connections are readily available, with East Finchley and Finchley Central within 15-25 minutes walking distance or a 10 minute bus ride, with Golders Green and Brent Cross also available.
