Hello, we are looking for a friendly face to live with us as sadly one of us is needing to vacate the flat for health reasons.

We are two females looking for a friendly person to join us in this three-bedroomed flat - someone who is tidy, clean and sociable and will join us for a natter in the lounge or days out around London. We're a sociable flat, but not a party one.

The room is a large double bedroom. The flat is lovely - very light and spacious, with a shared bathroom (shower and bath), separate WC, shared lounge, kitchen, small balcony, very large external communal garden and car park (1 car parking space included, and neither of us have a car). It is a real flat, not a converted house, in excellent condition.

The flat itself is 5-10 minutes walk from both Finchley Central and West Finchley (Zone 4 on the Northern line). It takes about 20 minutes to Euston, 30 minutes to Leicester Square.

The flat is very close to shops and amenities and about a 10 minute walk from a large Tesco, Aldi and Waitrose.

The room is available pretty much now as it is replacing someone who has had to leave mid contract. We are looking for someone to take over/join the current contract, which ends mid/late August next year.
