We are two professionals looking for a third in this modernized 3 bedroomed house situated between Finchley central (zone 4) and East Finchley zone (3). 20 mins walking to east finchley or 7 mins by bus. 15 mins walking to Finchley central or 2 mins by bus. We are very close to a wide variety of local amenities and it is also a quiet and safe .
The house has a large bright kitchen area and spacious lounge.
It has off street parking and front and back garden which have been landscaped in a mediterranean style. Ideal for relaxing or bbq's (weather permitting).
The present occupants are both busy with work etc but always find time to enjoy a glass of wine and a meal together on occasion. We both enjoy a good chat and a laugh but also respect each others private space and lifestyle. We are looking for someone that can fit in easily and feel at home.
