We love where we live - and we're sure you will too!

We have a lovely double room available in a two-bed first-floor flat, which is a 3 minute walk from Finchley Central station.

The flat has a communal living room and a shared bathroom. The room is unfurnished, but is the bigger of the two bedrooms next to the living room (due to the strange angle the photos don't show its size!). Currently living here are myself (Charity Manager) and my husband (Researcher) and we are looking for a relaxed, sociable and open-minded new flatmate to share our home with. Cleanliness and good communication are also important.

We'd be happy to share with a couple as well (rent adjustment £667 p/m).

The best aspects of our flat are its central location right on the high street (yet the bedrooms are quiet), walking distance to the tube and various big supermarkets such as Waitrose and Tesco, but also numerous small independent shops.

Bills (gas/electricity/internet etc.) and council tax are not included but amount to approximately £90-£100 a month per room.
