Large double in friendly flat share

I have a large double room in a friendly flat share in Finchley Central. It is available June/July (we can be flexible) Deposit is required.

The flat has two good sized bedrooms and a large living room. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen and spacious bathroom with separate WC. The flat has central heating, a washing machine and small balcony. There is off street parking available with a permit. We currently have Sky broadband installed.

The flat is in a brilliant location a 10 minute walk from Finchley Central station and there is a 143/382 bus stop at the top of the road. There are banks and supermarkets within walking distance and a large park opposite the road.

I am looking for a friendly professional to share the flat with. I enjoy baking and cooking as well as watching movies and box sets. I like exercising in the near by park. I am a clean and tidy person who is respectful of personal space.
