Spacious double room, lovely flat in N4

Looking for someone easy going and friendly to take over the existing contract for a large double bedroom in our lovely flat in Harringay.

It’s a three-bedroom, well-kept and bright flat with one bathroom. The room is available in May (timeline flexible) for £1050/month and it’s furnished. Bills amount to approx. £125/month.

The flat is in a convenient location - 1 minute walk to the Harringay train station, a 5/7-minute walk to Green Lanes, 20-min walk to Crouch End and a 20-minute walk to Finsbury Park station.

The current tenants are Laura (British/Hungarian), James (British) and Federica (Italian) - all working in the charity sector. James and Fede are about to move out (moving in with partners / moving out of London) and Laura will stay. We’re all laid back people, who keep the flat tidy and we enjoy the spontaneous chat during the day / over a meal. We’re into sports (running, squash, gym, yoga, swimming) and enjoy going to the cinema, theatre, gigs and pubs.

We’re looking for a new flatmate, both sociable and respectful of the private spaces and who’d like to call the place ‘home’, interested in moving in the room and taking over our current contract, which is due to end in July. The letting agent has notified us that the contract can be renewed.
