The room and flat itself is very clean and tidy especially the kitchen is always clean, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom.

Flatmates are all working from morning-evening and there is never noise inside the house so as not to disturb other flatmates who wants relax.

Some bills are included such as council tax, free Wifi. However, electricity and gas bills are shared.

Flat is located just in front of the huge Clissold Park which is amazing with its little zoo and lakes also great for picnic as well as for jogging and some fresh air.
