I am soon to be relocating so this amazingly priced room will be available from 12th April.

The house itself is in a great location right on Finsbury Park which is perfect, especially during summer! The room is a large double room and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and has shelves built in so plenty of storage space!

Manor House and Finsbury Park tube stations (both Zone 2) provide quick and easy access to Central London via the Piccadilly and Victoria underground lines. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that has night buses running into Central London.

Just across the road is the Arena shopping park which has a large Sainsbury's and a variety of other stores as well as a fitness first.

The flatmates are a great bunch of young professionals, all working in central and are looking for a similar minded person to take my place! New tenant would ideally move in as soon as i move out to ensure a smooth transition.

Agency Fees to move in would be £50. 00 and they do require references.
