Double room in house Finsbury Park/ Crouch End

Beautiful spacious living room

We have a large double room available in our house between Crouch End and Finsbury Park, available immediately due to our housemate moving out of London. The incoming tenant's name will be added on to the tenancy agreement until 14/3/2017. The tenancy agreement is renewed for 12 months every March (so potential to stay on after March).

The house has 4 double rooms, 5 minutes walk from Crouch Hill Overground station or 15 / 20 minutes walk from Finsbury park. Short walking distance to Crouch End and Stroud Green Road with shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Living with two girls and one guy, Kat, Grace and Olly, all professionals. We're all sociable and enjoy cooking, a good TV series and a drink. We all get on well so would be great to have another friendly addition to the house!

The house has a big living room which leads out onto our lovely, little private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have a shared bathroom, and downstairs loo.

Bills come to about �70 per month.
