It's a beautiful two bed flat with patio and small garden, free roadside parking a two mins walk from Honor Oak Park Overground. 10 mins from Forest Hill. Both thriving with cafes, bars, restaurants and bus links and the house itself leading on to the Devonshire Road Nature Reserve and greenery all around as well as a nearby sports ground and leisure centre.

The flat has wooden floors and the back room opens onto the garden with a hammock etc in the warmer months. Kitchen and Bathroom are shared as is access to the garden.

A tenant has to pass through my room to reach the bathroom but the passage is separated by a screen so it never proves to be a problem for previous tenants. The room has a fixed double bed and built in shelves and cupboard. Any more furniture might be possible to be arranged unless you bring your own. There is wifi and central heating. Bills come to approx £100 and any excess is accounted at the end of the tenancy and refunded or added with the deposit return.

We have a big bath and shower too. The shed is handy for storage.
