This is a lovely, light, comfortable room furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and comfortable chair. The large window has great views over the garden and beyond to the city.

The room is in a friendly, quiet, easy-going family house. There are two shared bathrooms and toilets, a large kitchen, lounge and dining room. You can use the washing machine and we provide a drying rack for you to use. Bills are included.

This is the perfect place if you're studying or working in London and need a place to call home for a while. Monday- Thursday/Friday let possible if you prefer. We can provide bedding and towels if you are traveling to London and don't want to bring those. We have one small cat.

The house is in an ideal position for getting to Goldsmiths in New Cross & UAL, LSBU & LCC at Elephant & Castle, Camberwell or Canary Wharf and the City. It's 10-15 minutes walk from Forest Hill and Honor Oak stations and near to buses for central London, Victoria and Croydon. There's also parking space right outside and somewhere safe to keep a bike.

It's close to Forest Hill centre and nearby East Dulwich and Peckham also have restaurants, cafes and shops in easy reach walking, cycling or by bus. We're near the Horniman Museum and gardens, Peckham Rye and Dulwich Parks.
