If you are interested in living in a 4 bed flat by yourself in 1 of the double bedrooms whilst having the rest of the common parts of the flat to yourself for most of the year then this is the flat for you. Although the flat is small 90 sqm it is sunny, bright, warm, well laid out and has great views.

All rooms are bright and immaculate. It has only just been refurbished & decorated. It is on the top 4th floor of Ex council block BUT do not get fooled by the outside looks. There is green grass and parking spaces right outside the flat and it is safe and only 50m from Fulham road. (Right opposite the Fire Station and close to Police station)

We live abroad and our 2 sons spend the occasional week end at the flat when they are not at University in the UK. We live in South Africa and are only in the UK for a maximum of 2/3 weeks a year. Our sons spend all holiday in South Africa where it is warm and sunny!

In reality the other 3 rooms would hardly ever be occupied. We leave our possessions in the other 3 bedrooms and they are only be used when we are over in the UK or for the odd night by our family.

We are looking for a couple of responsible people to use one of the double bedrooms and to have 100% use of the common parts of the flat when we are not in the UK.

The suitable couple will love having the flat to themselves MOST of the time BUT must appreciate that they will have less freedom in the flat when either our sons are in the flat or when we are over from SA.

You must be willing and capable of arranging for the odd repairs to be made when necessary.

Size of double bedroom to let - 12 x 10 with large floor to ceiling cupboard - With double bed.

Bills:
You will only pay 80%* of the electricity and gas bills even though we will not use the flat often.
We pay Council tax, wi fi / internet

The flat is on the 4th floor, with lift, on Fulham road. Lots of green open spaces and off street parking. Only 5 mins walk from Parsons green Tube & Fulham Broadway and the Pub!

We only want a couple who will treat the flat as his/her own when we are not there.

We require someone who can look after the odd flat repairs when we are not in the country.

No bikes allowed in the flat.

The flat has been totally renovated & redecorated and looks like new.
