I am sad to say I will be moving out this amazing household to go back home (scotland) so my room has now become available. We are looking for a friendly and social new housemate to join our house.

The Flat is located off Munster Road, 10-15 min walk or 5 min bus ride to Fulham Broadway, Baron's Court, Hammersmith, Parsons Green, West Brompton and Earls Court Stations, making it desirable for many tube lines.

It has 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, large lounge room and separate kitchen/dining with a great outdoor courtyard perfect for summer!

About the bedroom: The bedroom is facing the garden outback and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest if drawers. The bathroom is shared with just 1 other person.

About the housemates: The housemates are Brad and Sarah (kiwi couple), Nirav (kiwi), Renee (Aussie - Also moving out her room that has en-suite!) and me (scottish). They are aged between 21-27, are friendly, easy-going and often catch up on the day's events whilst cooking dinner. They are clean and respectful and have a great sense of humour.

About you: You will be clean and respectful, easy going, understand the kiwi humour, enjoy a drink/brunch/curry night/bbq (weather permitted)and have good conversation.

Price is £607 pcm including bills
