Cosy double room in a beautiful renovated house steps away from Hampstead Heath. The room has a double bed, a desk, a dresser and built-in cupboards with loads of storage space. It's in a 4-bedroom house on a leafy street, a short walk from Golders Green tube station in the Northern line, just one stop away from Hampstead, 15 minutes from Camden Town, and 25 minutes from Angel / Islington. There are dozens of buses in the area, and we even have a stop right on our street. There's a big Sainsbury's nearby, tons of restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Korean, Italian, Japanese, even all-you-can-eat sushi!) We have two beautiful parks nearby: Childs Hill Park, and Golders Hill Park (which has a butterfly house and a mini-zoo)

The house has been fully renovated. We have our own garden with a pear tree, a nice living room, and a working fireplace that you turn on with a remote! There's a dishwasher in the kitchen. I've been living in this place for 2 years now, and honestly I haven't found a nicer place anywhere in London for this price range.

You'd be sharing with three fun but responsible guys in their twenties: a commercials director, a software guy, and a drummer (but don't worry, he doesn't keep his drums at home.) We like to hang out and go out for a drink at the pub but also have our own lives. We're looking for someone who is also in their 20s or early 30s, someone who's tidy. There's no smoking in the house, and no pets, I'm afraid. Bills and council tax are not included, but they don't add up to much, about £80 per month.
