Situated in a quiet road in a semi-rural location with good access to A2/M2. Approx 2 mile to Gravesend town shops and mainline station with fast trains to London. Bluewater shopping centre and Ebbsfleet International are only 10mins away via the A2.

Current housemates are 1 female and 3 males.

No smoking in the house (smoking only permitted in the conservatory)

This is a quiet house in a family area. Anyone looking for a party house need not apply.

On site parking is currently allocated to current tenants but there are no parking restrictions in the road.
