We are looking for a PROFFESIONAL FEMALE to rent our newly decorated Double Bedroom in our 3 bedroom home. My partner and I are looking for someone for a minimum of 6 months to a year maybe longer If its shorterm but fit the below description, then still contact us as we may accept under 6 months. The Bedroom is furnished with a double Bed and three side cabinets.

We live in our newly renovated house in Gravesend. We are central from the train station and 3 minute drive from the A2.

We are looking for;

Proffesional FEMALE preferred
WIFI very Fast 100mb fibre optic
Must have 2 referals that we can contact
Must have proof of having a Job
No Pets
preffably no smokers
£380/£400 PCM Depending on term
NO DSS
