Hi my name is sam, I am a easy going 26 year old male, I smoke but not in the house, I have no pets, I also work shift so I can work earlies, lates and night shifts.
I have had a variety or previous lodger all young professionals, all have progressed to permanent accommodation or jobs elsewhere and would prefer some one of a similar description.
The house includes front room with Virgin TV , and wifi. And fully functioning kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer fridge , freezer , oven and microwave , the washroom shower , bath , toilet and sink , finally the bedroom is supplied with chest of draws , bed and wardrobe ,
The room will be available from 1st of May
Deposit is 400 , and rent payed monthly at start of each month in advance for the month.
