Lovely double room ideal for professional female

I have a lovely double room available from 29 August. The last lodger had it for 2 1/2 years and the one previous to that for 3 years.

Rent is £475 per month in advance. Bills are included. There is a deposit of one months rent.

I am looking for a professional, friendly, clean female to share the house with me. There is another lodger but they are very rarely around.

The house is a strictly no smoking house - so you cannot be a smoker, not even socially.

The house is a large semi-detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range cooker etc.

The bedroom has an antique bed, dressing table and large chest of drawers. It has a triple wardrobe. There is storage space under the bed. There is a freeview television with built in dvd player in the bedroom.

Bedding and towels are provided.

The room shares a bathroom with the other lodger who isn't around much. It has a roll top bath with shower over.

There are two living rooms, one of which is for my own use the other is shared and is open to the kitchen and has access through patio doors to the garden. There is cable tv and wifi broadband.

The garden is large with a deck and several seating areas.

There are 3 friendly dogs.

The house is located in a quiet tree lined street with easy on street parking. It is a mile from the town centre and approx 2 miles easy route to the A2 trunk road.

There is a bus service in the next street into town. There are three shopping parades and a small park nearby. The commuter coaches have a stop a short walk away. Gravesend has the highspeed train service to St. Pancras, London which is 22 minutes. There is also a normal service to Charing Cross and Cannon Street.
