The room is £650 a month, and includes all bills, including fast Wifi, council tax, heating, electricity, etc. It is fully furnished, double bed, wardrobes/desk, ready to move into, overlooks 40ft back garden.

The room is on the top floor (one floor up from ground level). The ground floor consists of entrance, one other bedroom, and a big shared bathroom, with bath and separate shower.

Basement level is the community area consisting of a kitchen with all mod cons, a utility room (washing machine, ironing board etc), living room with 2 sofas, arm chair, open fire, Cable TV and a second bathroom (toilet only).

Kitchen has 2 fridge freezers, an oven, a dishwasher, microwave, lots of cupboard and drawer space, and double doors leading out into the 3 tier large garden with large patio table/umbrella, outdoor heater and gas BBQ.

One minute walk from Westcombe Park Station, for overland trains to either Charing Cross or Canon Street, all trains via London Bridge, or due to strikes/preference alternate option is ten minutes bus ride to North Greenwich ("the O2") for Jubilee Line.

5 mins walk to large Sainsburys, Odeon, etc. 15 minute walk to the centre of Greenwich.

Alan, the Landlord has 2 small dogs who are lots of fun and like their run of the household. Your room is off limits, as is mine unless you choose otherwise. They're pretty good, but as I say, they make themselves at home as well, so unless you're a dog lover, please do not apply.

We are both smokers, so it'd probably be better if you smoke as well, or you probably won't like it here. We don't go outside to smoke.

When we're both in, we often have a beer or two in front of the TV. The dogs do not like soaps or reality TV shows, they like QI and Top Gear and the Churchill adverts, and their wishes are paramount (but with V+ box - you can record TV as necessary).

Viewings preferred at the weekend. Week nights by arrangement ....
