Short let - double bedroom near North Greenwich

I am renting my large, bright double bedroom in a house share with 4 awesome female post grad students from Saturday 2nd July to Wednesday 31 August whilst I am away in Greece.

The house is near to Greenwich Village (a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride), great River Thames walks, excellent transport links (North Greenwich Tube, Cutty Sark DLR all within 10minutes), a gym (Better Gym 5 minute walk away) and shopping facilities (Sainsbury's within a 5 minute walk).

The room has lots of cupboard / storage space as one wall has built in mirrored wall cupboards. The room contains one double pine bed, large study desk, 2 chairs, a foot stool and end of bed desk. If you need bed linen this can be provided.

There is one bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath and shower on the first floor and a toilet and sink on the ground floor. The kitchen is also on the ground floor which has a cooker with oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge. These rooms are all shared.

The rent is ££105 per week including bills (this is for Virgin Media Wifi access, Gas & Electric, Thames Water, Council Tax). I am keen to find some one who is able to stay for the 8 weeks.
