Double room to let

I have a room to let in my family house.
AVAILABLE AUGUST 26th.
You will be provided with internet access, stereo, double bed with sheets, fully carpeted clean room with access to shared kitchen, shared bathroom and toilet. House is located in lovely private street with lovely neighbours and quiet neighbourhood.
Transport is literally on your doorstep with access to shops and restaurants.
Room is located upstairs on first floor at the front of the house. You will be sharing the property with three people. Your room will have a key so it is private room. Living room consists of tv and DVD.

Ideally, would like to let room out to someone who is clean, tidy and professional. This is a family house so I would like someone who treats the place as if it is their home as everything will be available to them, for example, cooker, microwave, iron facilities, living room etc.
I have a small outside seating area which you can have a sit down/barbecue.

I do have a Yorkshire terroir miniature as a pet.
