A bed in a double room for a male preferably

I am looking for a male roommate to share a furnished bright, large double room in an old Victorian house in Camden NW3. In the room there are wardrobe, cupboard with drawers, fridge, 2 beds and tables. The rent is 77p/w all bills included (electricity, water, internet). 3-5 min walk from tube station (Jubilee line) and buses, 10 minutes walking distance from Northern line. There is 24 hours bus service and night buses to central London. The house is just 5 minutes from famous Camden town which is known with its markets, pubs, restaurants, cafes and splendid and amazing night life.
Non smokers only, no drugs.
You may stay for a short term but not less than 2 weeks.
80 pounds refundable deposit is paid when you book the room.
Two weeks notice when you want to move out.
The house has 4 floor. Each floor has kitchen, bathroom/WC, washing machine. My room is on the first floor.
Just minutes walk to shops, library, gym, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, parks.

The place is available to let from 30th of November 2014 for short or long term.
Can be seen upon request every day from 10am to 3 pm.
