Comfortable double room available in a spacious house in West London. The room is available up to 4 nights a week on a regular basis, but it's very flexible - 7 nights is fine some weeks (by prior arrangement) and also two or three nights a week is ok. The nights can vary week by week or can be fixed.

If you need less than 4 nights a week the rent will reduce to: £80pw for 3 nights a week, or £56 for 2 nights a week. Any more than 4 nights rent will increase by £15 a night.

The house is double glazed and comes with superfast fibreoptic broadband included. It has a large modern kitchen / sitting room equipped with all mod cons. There is also a separate utility room leading out to a large private garden. There is off-street parking and lots of free on-street parking. There is also a secure and dry storage area for bikes if you have one.

It is very conveniently situated close to train stations, bus stops and 3 supermarkets. Local shops just 4-5 minutes walk, and the Uxbridge Road with its wide array of amenities, shops and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away.

The house in particular and Hanwell as an area have excellent transport facilities:

• 2 minutes walk to Drayton Green Station, which is only 14 minutes from Paddington by rail. West Ealing station, with trains direct to Heathrow Airport, Slough or Reading is only 10 minutes walk.

• Bus stops for E1, E3 and E11 outside the house, and just a few minutes bus ride from Ealing Broadway (Central / District Lines) and Northfields tubes (Piccadilly Line). Ealing Broadway is about 20 minutes walk or under 10 mins cycle ride.

• Bus stops for a wide range of other buses(eg. 207, 417, 83, E8, 613, E2, E7 and E9) are a short walk away on the Uxbridge Road.

It is very easy to get out of London being just 5 minutes drive from both the M4 and A40, and less then 2 miles to Hanger Lane (North Circular).
