Double room in professional mixed house share

We are a mixed professional houseshare in the Ealing/Northfields area looking for a like-minded professional to come and share our remaining room. We all work around London and are in our twenties and early-thirties, we enjoy socialising and enjoy going out for few beers on weekends and after work, watching TV and sports.

The house is a large Victorian semi detached house renovated to a high standard incl. complete redecoration, new granite kitchen with all amenities including American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating for those cold winter mornings and new bathrooms fitted throughout. We have a large comfortable lounge with cable TV package incl. TIVO, On Demand etc. along with 60Mb wireless broadband. Remodelled garden with deck and lawn perfect for barbeques. We also have a cleaner who tidies the house every fortnight (a must for us in shared houses!)

The room available is a large double room (measuring about 5m x 4m). The rooms has been recently redecorated and is available furnished or unfurnished as required (at present having a kingsize bed, built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers. Additionally the room has its own cable tv box complete with Tivo, On Demand etc.

In terms of location, the house is 10 mins walk to Northfields / Boston Manor stations (Piccadilly), 10 mins to West Ealing (mainline to Paddington), close to local bus routes covering West London incl. night bus. Sainsburys and a host of restaurants and bars nearby on the Broadway and Northfields Avenue are 5 minutes walk away. Elthorne Park is 2 mins away along with good routes for running along the canal to Richmond if you are energetic.
