My lovely Monday to Friday lodger is leaving so we are looking for a replacement . We can be a little bit flexible with the days.
I have a bright front of house double bedroom with wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers.
This is a Victorian terraced house with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is downstairs and would be shared with 1 other. French doors lead out to pretty garden from the kitchen.
You are welcome to use the kitchen, rent includes all bills except phone.
This is a Monday to Friday let only
You would be sharing with my husband, myself and my sister in law who is often away.
We are a non-smoking house but if you'd like to smoke in the garden, it is fine.
The transport is close with many choices of buses only 3 minutes away.
The nearest tube station is Boston Manor on the Piccadilly line.
