We have a lovely large double room available in a charming, period property on a pleasant residential street in Harringay, North London (N8).

It is a very sweet, bright and airy, newly decorated double room equipped with double bed and chest of drawers. It has large bay window that overlooks the front garden, so has lots of natural light.

Rent is £500. 00 pcm. We'd like someone at beginning of July, first weekend if possible.

The house is Victorian, it has coloured tiles and wooden floors throughout, original features, fireplaces and high ceilings. We've lots of space: dining room, living room and a beautiful garden - in London.

It is on a road off Green Lanes, close to Finsbury Park and Crouch End. Manor House Underground is twelve minutes walk, or five on the bus from the end of the road. Two overground stations, Harringay Green Lanes Station and Harringey Station are within 10 minutes walk. Buses from end of road are 29 to Camden and Trafalgar Square, 341 to Waterloo and 141 to Old street and London Bridge.

The area is vibrant and some of the Turkish food places nearby are brilliant. Also theres a good variety of bars and coffee shops/cafes. Up the road in Wood Green there are two cinemas and all the usual high street shops, down the road in Stoke Newington you have some lovely places to eat and over the railway line in Crouch End you have some great coffee shops and restaurants.

We're looking for people who are up for making friends, living communally, and enjoying the place together, as well as having their own space.

We are Ian, Dani, Linzi and Amy. Ian is a theatre director, Dani an actress, Linzi a broadcast journalist, and Amy is a jazz singer. We're all between 24 and 30 and are warm, creative and enthusiastic people. We're looking for someone like minded who is interested in a home to share rather than just a room in a house.
