I would describe the household as professional, quiet and friendly. We have a large rear garden with both terrace and patios and like to do bbqs when the weather is good.

The house is spacious and has 3 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. There is therefore no congestion when it comes to using the bathroom in the morning.

You would be living with 4 housemates - 3 male and 1 female. Rarely are the housemates in the house at the same time. Usually at least 1 housemate is away at week ends and I travel abroad regularly.

Sorry, no pets or couples. Smoking is ok in the garden but not indoors.
