Large Furnished Double - 10 mins walk to station

A large furnished double room is available in a shared flat with a friendly female flatmate. I am easy going, and not in all that often in the evenings, but equally, do like an evening in front of the TV occasionally! The flat is fully furnished throughout.

The bedroom room is huge, with a built in wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, drawers, and a bed side table. The flat is large, on the second floor, with double glazing, and wooden flooring throughout. The large living room and kitchen is modern, with all items needed (including kitchen utensils!), and a dining table with four chairs in the living room.

It is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and into town, and less than a 5 minute walk to a large local park.
